Blows and join
PRESENTATION: Two balls or balloons near each other can oscillate like pendulums when the space between them has an airflow introduced into it that is faster than the surrounding air. The corresponding lower pressure in the intermediate space, compared to atmospheric pressure, makes the balls or balloons move together.
